How AI Assistance Works
Below the WhatsApp writing field, you will see an additional field exclusively for AI. You can:
Example: “order on the way“ → The AI generates a complete response with the order details.
Example: “confirms availability and price“ → The AI searches for the product and responds.
Without writing anything, the AI analyzes the conversation and generates the appropriate response.
Important: The AI does not send messages automatically. The response appears in the WhatsApp field for you to decide whether to send it, modify it, or request adjustments.

Multi-agent Conversation Management

Quick Access
From the WAzion icon on the Chrome bar you can:
- • Open the side panel
- • Access the settings (Dashboard)
- • Log out (clears local data)
From the WAzion Apps menu (button to the left of WhatsApp Web) you can:
- • Change agent (with optional PIN)
- • Enable/disable automatic translations
- • Filter conversations by agent
- • Access calendar, notifications, search, and more
Set up your extension from the Dashboard
Agents, prompts, integrations, and credits are managed from the admin panel.
