These Terms of Service govern your use of WAzion. By using our Chrome extension or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Service Description

WAzion is a Chrome extension that functions as an AI copilot for WhatsApp Web. It provides:

  • Response suggestions generated by AI
  • Sentiment analysis of conversations
  • Automatic translation of messages
  • Integration with e-commerce platforms
  • Team management tools

2. Usage Requirements

To use WAzion you must:

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • To have a valid WhatsApp account
  • Use Google Chrome or a compatible browser
  • Provide truthful information in the registration
  • Accept these terms and our privacy policy

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. Do not share your credentials and notify us immediately if you detect unauthorized use.

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Free Plan

  • 1 million free credits every month
  • 2 agents included
  • 1 GB of storage
  • The free credits do not accumulate month to month

4.2 Purchase of Credits

  • Purchased credits do not expire
  • Prices are subject to change
  • All prices include VAT where applicable

4.3 Refunds

We offer a refund within the first 14 days of purchase if you have not used more than 20% of the credits purchased. Additional agents and storage are non-refundable once activated.

5. Acceptable Use

By using WAzion, you agree NOT to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages
  • Using the service for illegal activities
  • Attempt to hack, modify, or reverse engineer
  • Reselling or redistributing the service without authorization
  • Using unauthorized bots or automated scripts
  • Impersonating others’ identity
  • Violating WhatsApp’s terms of service

6. Intellectual Property

WAzion, including its code, design, logos, and content, is the property of WAzion Software. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the service in accordance with these terms.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience interruptions beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

WAzion is provided “as is.“ We are not responsible for:

  • Losses arising from the use or inability to use the service
  • Errors or inaccuracies in AI suggestions
  • Actions taken based on the suggestions
  • Suspension of your WhatsApp account by third parties
  • Data or information loss

In any case, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the last 12 months.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or cancel your account if:

  • You violate these terms of service
  • You use the service fraudulently
  • You receive multiple complaints from other users
  • You do not pay the amounts owed

You can cancel your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these terms. We will notify you of significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the changes implies acceptance of the new terms.

11. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Spain.
