Create tasks and reminders to avoid forgetting any follow-up with clients.
What are Tasks?
Tasks allow you to create reminders associated with a client. You can schedule follow-ups, calls, or any action you need to perform in the future.
How to create a task
- 1 Open the Side Panel in a conversation
- 2 Go to the Tasks section
- 3 Press the add task button
- 4 Fill in the title, date, time, and assigned agent
- 5 Save the task
Notifications
You will receive browser notifications when a task is approaching its deadline. Make sure you have notifications enabled in Chrome.
