What are Tags?
Labels allow you to classify and organize conversations to facilitate their tracking. You can mark clients as VIP, indicate that there is a sale in progress, or any other classification you need.

- 1 Open the Side Panel in a conversation
- 2 Go to the Tags section
- 3 Click on a tag to add or remove it
