What is Autopilot?

Let WAzion automatically respond to your customers while you focus on other tasks.

Description

The Autopilot is a WAzion feature that allows the AI to automatically respond to your customers’ messages without you having to intervene manually. The AI follows the instructions you have configured in your prompt and responds consistently with the tone and style of your business.

Unlike a traditional chatbot with predefined responses, the Autopilot uses artificial intelligence to understand the context of each conversation and generate personalized responses.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENT

The Autopilot ONLY works while:

  • Your computer is ON
  • The Chrome browser is OPEN
  • WhatsApp Web has an ACTIVE SESSION
  • Do you have an INTERNET connection?

If you turn off the computer or close Chrome, the Autopilot STOPS immediately.

What is it for?

Ideal for:

  • Respond outside of business hours
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries
  • Frequent repetitive questions
  • While you do other tasks

Not recommended for:

  • Complex negotiations
  • VIP or sensitive clients
  • Claims or complaints
  • Situations that require human empathy

How to activate the Autopilot

Open the WAzion Apps menu

Click the dropdown button located to the LEFT of the WhatsApp Web interface. The WAzion Apps menu will open.

Click on the Autopilot icon

Within the menu, look for and tap the Autopilot icon. The settings panel will open.

Choose which conversations to attend to

Select the scope of the Autopilot:

  • All conversations: Respond to all incoming messages
  • Only assigned to my agent: Only respond to clients assigned to you
  • Only unassigned: Respond only to conversations that do not have an assigned agent
  • Assigned to me + unassigned: Respond to your clients and also to those who do not have an agent

Write additional instructions

In the text field, you can give specific instructions for this Autopilot session.

Example:

"Try to resolve doubts and sales, but if it gets complicated or you are not sure, indicate that a human agent will take over shortly."

Press the start button

Press the start button (▶️) to activate the Autopilot. The indicator will turn green indicating that it is active.

Available controls: ▶️ Start ⏸️ Pause ⏹️ Stop
