Agent Management

Manage the people who will use the WAzion extension on your account.

What is an agent?

An agent is a person who uses the WAzion extension. Each agent:

  • He has his own credentials (nickname, avatar)
  • You can protect your access with an optional PIN
  • It is visually identified in conversations
  • Share the credits with all the agents on the account

How to access

  1. Open the WAzion Dashboard
  2. In the side menu, click on “Agents
  3. You will see the list of agents and the usage counter

Agent counter

At the top you will see a counter displaying:

Agents used: X / Y

Where X is the number of agents created and Y is the limit of your account.

Add an agent

  1. Click on the “Add Agent“ button
  2. A form will open with the following fields:
Avatar Agent profile picture (optional)
Apodo * Agent short identifier (required)
Name * Full name of the agent (mandatory)
Correo electrónico Contact email (optional)
Telephone Phone number (optional)
PIN 4-digit code to protect access (optional)
Color Identifying color in the interface (optional)

Edit or delete agents

In the agents list, each row has action buttons:

  • Edit Open the form with the current data to modify it
  • Delete Delete the agent. Confirmation will be requested before proceeding.

Buy more agents

If you need more agents than those included in your plan:

  1. Click on the “Buy More“ button
  2. Select the number of additional agents
  3. Complete the payment by card (Stripe)
  4. The agent limit updates immediately

Price: 250€ per additional agent (one-time payment, no subscription)

Agent permissions

You can control exactly which functions each agent has available in the extension. When editing an agent, you will find the “Permissions“ section where you can enable or disable each functionality individually.

Permission categories

AI and Analysis Generate responses, summaries, translation, sentiment analysis, questions about history.
Internal notes View, write, and delete notes in conversations
Tasks and Calendar View tasks, manage tasks, and access the calendar
Customer management View and edit customer information, assign agent, manage tags, set alerts
Products and Orders Search products and view Shopify orders
Files View and manage shared files
Conversations View history, global search, and see all conversations
Dashboard Access to the dashboard and the AI assistant of the dashboard
Extras Notifications, Auto Pilot, GIFs, and contact with support

Note: By default, all agents have access to all functions. The disabled sections and buttons automatically disappear from the agent’s extension.

Security PIN

The PIN is a 4-digit code that protects access to the agent on the extension:

  • It is optional: if you do not configure it, the agent will not ask for a PIN
  • It is requested every time you select the agent from WAzion Apps (menu to the left of WhatsApp Web)
  • After 5 failed attempts, access is locked
  • You can change or delete the PIN by editing the agent
