Agent Management
Manage the people who will use the WAzion extension on your account.
What is an agent?
An agent is a person who uses the WAzion extension. Each agent:
- • He has his own credentials (nickname, avatar)
- • You can protect your access with an optional PIN
- • It is visually identified in conversations
- • Share the credits with all the agents on the account
How to access
- Open the WAzion Dashboard
- In the side menu, click on “Agents
- You will see the list of agents and the usage counter
Agent counter
At the top you will see a counter displaying:
Where X is the number of agents created and Y is the limit of your account.
Add an agent
- Click on the “Add Agent“ button
- A form will open with the following fields:
Edit or delete agents
In the agents list, each row has action buttons:
- • Edit Open the form with the current data to modify it
- • Delete Delete the agent. Confirmation will be requested before proceeding.
Buy more agents
If you need more agents than those included in your plan:
- Click on the “Buy More“ button
- Select the number of additional agents
- Complete the payment by card (Stripe)
- The agent limit updates immediately
Price: 250€ per additional agent (one-time payment, no subscription)
Security PIN
The PIN is a 4-digit code that protects access to the agent on the extension:
- • It is optional: if you do not configure it, the agent will not ask for a PIN
- • It is requested every time you select the agent from WAzion Apps (menu to the left of WhatsApp Web)
- • After 5 failed attempts, access is locked
- • You can change or delete the PIN by editing the agent
