Client Files
Upload and manage documents associated with each client.
What are Client Files?
Client files allow you to store documents, images, and other files associated with each conversation. They are useful for saving invoices, quotes, screenshots, or any relevant document.
Note: In addition to uploading files manually, screenshots taken from the quick menu are also automatically saved here.
How to upload files
- 1Open the Side Panel in a conversation
- 2Go to the Files section
- 3Drag the file or press the upload button
