Do not automate

Exclude specific contacts from all WAzion automation with a single click.

What is it?

The “Do not automate“ function allows you to exclude a contact from all WAzion automation. When activated, the contact will stop receiving responses from workflows, automatic replies from the pilot, and smart follow-up messages.

Important: Shopify notifications (order confirmation, shipping, etc.) are NOT affected. Only WAzion’s own automation is blocked.

How it works

Open the FAB menu

In the contact conversation, click on the WAzion menu button (⋮).

Click on “Do not automate

Select the “Do not automate“ option in the dropdown menu.

Contact is excluded.

The toggle switches to ON (red) and the contact is excluded from all WAzion automation.

To reactivate

Click again on “Do not automate“ to deactivate the exclusion. The toggle goes back to OFF and the contact will receive automations normally.

Synchronization between agents

When an agent activates “Do not automate“ for a contact, all other agents in the store see the change in real time. There is no need to refresh the page or wait.

In addition, the contact will appear in the “Excluded Contacts from Automation“ section of the WAzion dashboard, where you can view and manage all excluded contacts centrally.
