What is the Client Profile?
The Customer Card is a mini CRM integrated into WAzion that shows you all the relevant information about the customer you are speaking with: orders, shipments, purchase history, payments, and direct links to Shopify or your external CRM.
Where to access
The Client Profile is located in WAzion’s Sidebar. It updates automatically when a conversation is opened.
Available information
Orders
Customer order list with status, date, amount, and order number.
Shipping and tracking
Shipping status and tracking links for each order.
Purchase history
How much the customer has spent, products purchased, and discounts applied.
Payment status
Information about pending, completed, or refunded payments.
Link to external file
Direct access to open the client in Shopify or in your external CRM (if you use Endpoint CRM).
