The Summary Generator allows you to create a summary of the current conversation to quickly understand the context, the topics discussed, and the pending actions.
How to access
- 1 Open a conversation on WhatsApp Web
- 2 Press the quick menu button in the upper right corner
- 3 Select “Summary“ from the dropdown menu
Types of summary
Quick
A brief summary of the main points of the conversation. Ideal for getting a quick overview.
Detailed
A more complete summary with the context of the conversation, topics discussed, and important details.
Actionable
It focuses on the pending actions, commitments, and next steps that arose from the conversation.
Sections of the summary
- • Context General summary of the conversation
- • Actions: List of pending tasks and commitments
- • Analysis: Observations on the client’s tone and condition
Available actions
- • Copy: Copy the summary to the clipboard
- • Save as note: Save the summary in the client’s notes
- • Change type: Regenerate the summary in another format
