Product Search
Search for products from your store and share links with customers.
What is Product Search?
The product search allows you to find products from your Shopify store directly from WhatsApp Web. You can search by name, SKU, or reference and copy the link to send it to the customer.
Where to access
Product search is available in the WAzion Sidebar, under the Products tab.
Types of search
Quick search
Search by product name. Results appear as you type.
Search with filters
You can include additional keywords in your search to filter the results.
Actions with products
- • Copy link: Copy the product link to the clipboard to send it to the customer
