What is Machine Translation?
WAzion’s automatic translation allows you to receive and send messages in any language. The system detects the customer’s language and translates the messages so you can understand them and respond in their language.
How it works
Incoming messages
When a customer writes in another language, you can see the original message and its translation into your language.
Outgoing messages
Write your response in your language and WAzion automatically translates it to the client’s language before sending it.
Enable/Disable translation
You can enable or disable automatic translation using the toggle switch in the WhatsApp Web interface. When enabled, all responses will be automatically translated into the client’s detected language.
