Generate predefined responses with a single click using the Helpers.

What are Helpers?

Helpers are quick access buttons that appear below the help field in WhatsApp Web. They allow you to generate predefined responses with a single click, saving time in repetitive situations.

Each Helper has a visible text (the button name) and an internal instruction that is sent to the AI.

Where do they appear

The Helpers appear as a row of buttons below the WAzion help field, at the bottom of the WhatsApp Web conversation.

How they work

When you click on a Helper:

  1. 1 The Helper text is copied to the help field
  2. 2 You can modify the text if you wish.
  3. 3 Press the “Generate response“ button for the AI to process the request

Modes of use

With automatic generation

By clicking on the Helper, the text is copied to the field and “Generate response“ is automatically pressed. The AI generates the response based on the context of the conversation and the Helper text.

Without automatic generation

By clicking on the Helper, the text is copied to the field but NOT generated automatically. You decide when to press “Generate response,“ allowing you to modify the text first if you wish.
