Find clients quickly by phone, email, or order number.
What is Customer Prospecting?
The customer search allows you to find specific conversations by searching through different criteria: phone number, email, or order number from your online store.
Search criteria
By phone
Enter the full or partial phone number to search for customers.
By email
Search for customers by their email address (requires a connected online store).
By order number
Enter the order number from your online store to find the associated customer.
How to use
- 1 Press the dropdown button (FAB) on the left
- 2 Select “Search Client“ in the WAzion Apps menu
- 3 Enter the search criteria
- 4 Click on the result to open the conversation
