Find clients quickly by phone, email, or order number.
What is Customer Prospecting?
The client search allows you to find specific conversations by searching using different criteria: phone number, email, or Shopify order number.
Search criteria
By phone
Enter the full or partial phone number to search for customers.
By email
Search for customers by their email address (requires connected Shopify).
By order number
Enter the Shopify order number to find the associated customer.
How to use
- 1 Press the dropdown button (FAB) on the left
- 2 Select “Search Client“ in the WAzion Apps menu
- 3 Enter the search criteria
- 4 Click on the result to open the conversation
