What is Autopilot?
It is an operating mode where WAzion automatically responds to incoming messages using AI, following the instructions you have configured in the Dashboard.
Unlike a traditional chatbot, the Autopilot maintains the tone and style of your business, has access to the full context of each client, and can automatically pause when it detects that you need to intervene.

How to activate the Autopilot
Set up your instructions
In the Dashboard, define how the AI should behave: tone, policies, limits.
Activate the Pilot
From the extension or the Dashboard, activate Auto Pilot mode.
Keep WhatsApp Web open
The Pilot requires an active session. Keep the browser open (it can be minimized).

Review the submitted answers and adjust the instructions as necessary.

Does it work when I turn off the computer?
No. The Autopilot requires WhatsApp Web to be open and the session active. If you close the browser or turn off the computer, the Autopilot stops.
Can I limit which conversations it responds to?
You can choose to respond only to chats assigned to you or to chats not assigned to any agent. You can also specify in the prompt that you do not respond if the conversation has a certain tag.
How do I pause the Pilot in a conversation?
You must pause or stop the Pilot manually from the extension when you want to take control of a conversation.
Is it activated at specific times?
There is no automatic scheduling configuration. The agent activates, pauses, or stops the Pilot whenever they decide.
Can I see what the AI responded?
Yes. All automatic responses are recorded in the history and you can review them at any time.
Important: Requires active session
The Autopilot only works while WhatsApp Web is open in your browser. It is not a cloud service that runs 24/7 without your computer being on.
