What is WhatsApp Auto?

It is a workflow automation system that allows you to create complex workflows without programming. Each workflow defines when to activate (trigger), what conditions it must meet (filters), and what actions to execute (responses, assignments, etc.).

Unlike the Autopilot, which requires WhatsApp Web to be open, WhatsApp Auto works with a server-side session and can respond 24/7 without you being online.

Components of a Workflow

Trigger (Trigger)

Define when the workflow is triggered: message received, new contact, etc.

Conditions

Filters that must be met: message content, schedule, assigned agent, etc.

Actions

What to do if the conditions are met: respond, wait, assign an agent, etc.

Delay (Wait)

Wait X seconds before the next action. With debounce: cancel if another message arrives.

Conditions: Time without response > 30 minutes AND no agent viewing

Important

  • Requires a WhatsApp session connected to the server (QR code scanned).
  • Workflows are executed in order of priority. The first one that matches stops execution.
  • You can view the full execution history on the dashboard with date filters.
  • Debounce in delays prevents sending messages if the client types again during the wait.
