Urgent notice when your WhatsApp AI auto-reply runs out of credits

If your credits reach zero and you have an AI auto-response workflow active on WhatsApp, you now receive an urgent email notifying you that the AI has stopped responding to your customers, with two clear options: buy credits or pause the auto-response. Additionally, if a workflow accumulates many consecutive failures due to exhausted credits or other persistent issues, it is automatically deactivated to prevent unattended messages from piling up.

Conversation filter blocked in “WAzion Apps“ for agents by default

Fixed an issue that could block the conversation filter selector in the WAzion Apps panel, leaving it stuck on “assigned only“ for agents without custom permissions. Now the filter is editable again when the agent has no configured restrictions.

Correction of the blurry effect on the left panel of WhatsApp Web

Resolved an issue that could cause the left panel of WhatsApp Web to appear blurry in recent installations. The problem was related to the default permission assignment to agents.

Security: the agent PIN is requested again when entering and when changing agents.

A regression has been fixed that allowed entering the extension and changing agents without entering the PIN. Now, when opening the extension, if there are multiple agents, a selector is displayed and the PIN of the chosen one is requested; if there is only one with a PIN, it is requested directly. Changing agents from “WAzion Apps“ also requires the PIN again. After 10 failed attempts, the extension closes and returns to the initial login.

New agent permissions: “View only assigned conversations“ and “Allow agent switching

In the dashboard, when editing an agent, two new permissions appear. “View only assigned conversations“ forces the WhatsApp filter to show only the chats assigned to the agent and blocks the filter buttons. “Allow changing agent“ controls whether the agent can use the agent selector in WAzion Apps.

A sporadic issue that could cause errors when uploading files to the AI knowledge base has been fixed. Uploads are now more reliable.

Fixed an issue that generated unnecessary selector alerts when there was no open conversation in WhatsApp Web.

Massive campaigns: automatic translation by country

Mass WhatsApp campaigns can now automatically translate the message into the recipient’s language based on their phone prefix. Enable the “Translate by prefix“ option when creating the campaign.

Security

Security protection on external endpoints

The CRM endpoints and custom AI functions now validate URLs to block access to private or reserved IP addresses, protecting your infrastructure against SSRF attacks.

Scheduled messages: archive after sending

Fixed an error where the “archive chat after sending“ option was not being saved correctly when scheduling WhatsApp messages.

Download conversation history

New download button in the message history modal. It allows exporting the entire conversation as a text file, with dates, times, and roles clearly separated.

Improvement

Autolearning: Reject and propose option

When resolving conflicts in automatically learned data, you can now reject both options and manually enter the correct data. A bug that prevented the resolution of certain conflicts has also been fixed.

Taskbar in the Chrome extension

New taskbar at the bottom of the screen, Windows style. It allows you to minimize and restore panels like Calendar, Email, Notifications, and Prioritizer without closing them, keeping your workflow organized.

Correction

AI errors displayed in a friendly manner

When the AI service is temporarily overloaded, a clear message is now displayed instead of a technical error. Additionally, these errors no longer accidentally stick in the WhatsApp chat.
