Order Settings

Customize how your store’s orders are displayed in WAzion.

Requires integration with online store

This section is only available if you have an online store connected (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, VTEX). If you haven’t connected it yet, go to Integrations first.

What can you configure?

Display format

Customize which order information is displayed in the sidebar and how it is presented to the AI.

Ignored phones

Add phone numbers you want to exclude from the order search (for example, your own number or test numbers).

How to access

  1. Open the WAzion Dashboard
  2. In the side menu, click on “Integrations“ > “Orders
  3. Set the options according to your needs

Common problems

The orders do not appear

Check that the integration with your store is active. Also, verify that the customer’s phone number matches the one registered on your e-commerce platform.

Orders appear that should not be there

Add the problematic phone numbers to the ignored phone list to exclude them from searches.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the AI see all customer orders?

The AI receives information from the customer’s recent orders according to the configuration. You can adjust how many orders are included in the context.

Can I modify orders from WAzion?

No. WAzion only has read permissions in your store. To modify orders, you must do it from the administration panel of your e-commerce platform.
