Organize and classify your clients with custom tags.
What are tags?
Tags are visual markers that you can assign to your customers to organize and classify them. They appear above each conversation in WhatsApp Web.
Manage tags
From the Dashboard
- Open the WAzion Dashboard
- In the side menu, go to “Clients
- Here you can create, edit, and delete tags
- Assign colors and names to each label
From the Extension
- Open the client’s profile in WhatsApp Web
- Click on the tags section
- Select the tags you want to assign
Common problems
The tags are not saved
Make sure to click “Save“ after assigning tags. If the problem persists, reload the WhatsApp Web page.
I don’t see the tags in the chats.
The tags are displayed above each conversation in the chat list. Make sure the extension is enabled and up to date.
I want to change the color of a label
Go to the Dashboard > Clients and click on the tag you want to edit. You will be able to change both the name and the color.

How many labels can I create?
You can create as many tags as you need. There is no limit to the number of tags.
Does AI use tags?
Yes. You can indicate in the prompt that the AI should treat customers with certain tags in a special way, for example: “If the customer has the VIP tag, offer a 10% discount.
Are the labels shared with my team?
Yes. The tags and their assignment to clients are visible to all agents in your account.
