What are Quick Replies?
They are predefined message templates that you can create and reuse. The special thing about WAzion is that they support dynamic variables that are automatically filled with data from the customer or your online store.
For example: “Hello {name}, your order #{order_number} will arrive on {delivery_date}.“ When inserted, the variables are replaced with the customer’s actual data.
You can also create AI Helpers: shortcuts that execute commands for the AI. For example, a “greeting“ helper that types “greet the customer“ and automatically generates a personalized response.

Can I include emojis and images?
Yes to emojis. Images can be attached after inserting the text.
Do I need an online store for the variables?
No. The basic variables (name, phone, agent) work without an online store. The order variables require having a connected online store (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, or VTEX).
