What are Quick Replies?

They are predefined message templates that you can create and reuse. What is special about WAzion is that they support dynamic variables that are automatically filled with customer or Shopify data.

For example: “Hello {name}, your order #{order_number} will arrive on {delivery_date}.“ When inserted, the variables are replaced with the customer’s actual data.

You can also create AI Helpers: shortcuts that execute commands for the AI. For example, a “greeting“ helper that types “greet the customer“ and automatically generates a personalized response.
