Install WAzion on Google Chrome and set up your account in minutes.
What is the WAzion extension?
WAzion is a Chrome extension that enhances WhatsApp Web with superpowers: AI responses, integrated CRM, mass marketing, and automation. It integrates directly into the WhatsApp Web interface.
Important: WAzion is your AI co-pilot. It suggests responses and you decide what to send. You can also activate autopilot when you need it.

How to Install and Configure Step by Step
Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store
Visit the Chrome Web Store, search for “WAzion,“ and click on “Add to Chrome.“ Confirm the permissions in the pop-up dialog.
About the permissions: WAzion only accesses WhatsApp Web (web.whatsapp.com). It does not access other pages.
Open WhatsApp Web and enter your email
Open WhatsApp Web in Chrome. A WAzion modal will appear asking for your email. Enter it to register or log in.
Enter the verification code
You will receive a verification code in your email. Enter it in the modal that appears on WhatsApp Web to complete the login.
Set up your business in the Dashboard (first time)
If it is your first time, you will be asked to go to the Control Panel (Dashboard). For security reasons, another verification code may be sent to you.
Enter your business or store URL. The system will analyze it automatically.
Review and save your prompt
The system will automatically create a prompt (instructions for the AI) based on your business. Review it, adjust it if necessary, and save it. You can now return to WhatsApp Web or explore the Dashboard.
Pin the WAzion icon (optional)
To easily access WAzion, pin the icon to the extensions bar:
- Click on the puzzle icon in the browser bar
- Search for “WAzion“ in the list
- Click on the pushpin icon to pin it.

Important: WAzion DOES NOT work on Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave, or other browsers. It requires Google Chrome exclusively.
Common problems during installation
The “Add to Chrome“ button does not appear
This can happen if you already have the extension installed. Check at chrome://extensions if WAzion is already in the list.
Error “Could not add the extension
Try closing and opening Chrome, or restart the browser. If it persists, check your internet connection.
The icon does not appear on the bar
Click on the puzzle icon (extensions) and pin WAzion using the pushpin icon.
