How does it work?
1. Analyze
Review the WhatsApp conversations from the previous day using AI.
2. Detects
Identify customers with purchase intent who did not complete the sale.
3. Verify
Check in Shopify or your CRM if the customer has already purchased.
4. Act
Generate and send a personalized message or trigger a webhook.
Settings
Main settings
| Execution time | Choose what time of day it is analyzed (in your time zone). |
| Analysis window | How many hours ago to look (12h, 24h, 48h or 72h). |
| Sensitivity | Low“ detects all cases, “Medium“ is balanced, “High“ only the clearest ones. All levels equal to or above the selected one are included. |
| Days of waiting | How many days to wait before following up (0-30). For example: a real estate agency may set 15 to give the client time before contacting. |
| Max conversations | Limit of conversations to analyze per execution. Controls credit consumption. |
| Execution days | Choose which days of the week it runs. The disabled days are automatically covered by the next active day. |
| Post-shipment follow-up | For how many days is it checked if the customer responded or purchased after the message (1-30 days). |
| Restart tracking | Days of inactivity after which a customer who writes again is considered a new opportunity (30-365 days, default 90). Previous attempts are reset. |
| Automatic shipping | If you activate this option and have WhatsApp Auto connected, messages are sent automatically. |
| Custom instructions | Free text to guide the AI. For example: “Do not offer discounts,“ “Mention free shipping. |
| Execute now | Button to launch an immediate analysis without waiting for the scheduled time. |
Integrations
📱 WhatsApp Auto
If you have WhatsApp connected and automatic sending enabled, follow-up messages are sent directly to the customer.
🛒 Shopify
If you have Shopify connected, WAzion automatically checks if the customer has placed an order before sending the tracking.
🔗 Webhooks
Activate the followup.detected event in Advanced Settings → Alerts to receive notifications in your system.
Protections
- 🌙 Messages are not sent between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM (in your store’s time zone).
- 🔄 The same conversation is not analyzed twice within 24 hours.
- 🚫 The AI automatically detects if the customer requested not to be contacted.
- 💳 If there are not enough credits, the analysis stops without sending messages.
- 📊 Configurable limit of conversations to analyze to control costs.
