AI options
Set the behavior of the artificial intelligence to optimize responses and credit consumption.
What is this section?
The “AI Options“ section allows you to control how artificial intelligence works in your account. Here you can enable or disable AI features that affect all systems: Autopilot, WhatsApp Auto, and assisted manual responses.
These settings are independent of the prompt template and auto-learning. They work at a global level for your entire account.
Automatic media reading
When a client sends you an image, a PDF document, or an audio message via WhatsApp, the AI automatically analyzes them to understand their content.
The generated description or transcription is added to the conversation history. In this way, any AI system that responds (whether automatically or assisting an agent) has complete context about what the customer sent.

How it works
The client sends a medium
The image, document, or audio arrives via WhatsApp Web or the WhatsApp Auto automated system.
AI processes the content
Images are analyzed with computer vision, documents are read and summarized, and audio is transcribed to text.
The history is enriched.
The description or transcription is added to the conversation history along with the original message, so that the AI has complete context.
Having this option enabled consumes additional credits for each image, document, or audio received from clients.
How to set up
- 1 Open the WAzion Dashboard
- 2 Go to the “AI Options“ section in the Artificial Intelligence group.
- 3 Turn on or off “Automatic media playback
- 4 Press “Save Changes
