What are CRM Endpoints?

They are URLs from your system that WAzion queries to obtain customer information. When you open a chat, WAzion calls your endpoint with the customer’s phone number and displays the data you return.

This allows you to see data from your CRM, ERP, or any proprietary system directly in WhatsApp Web, without leaving the conversation.

If your CRM has an API or you can create an endpoint that returns JSON, yes. It works with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, custom systems, ERPs, etc.

Can I use Shopify and my CRM?

Yes. Your CRM data complements Shopify’s. Both appear in the side panel.

How much time does WAzion have to receive a response?

Your endpoint has up to 60 seconds to respond. We recommend times under 3 seconds for a smooth experience.

Are the data secure?

Yes. The calls are made via HTTPS and you can configure authentication. The data is only shown to the agent who opens the chat.
