AI Assistant of the Dashboard
Manage your WAzion settings using natural language, without navigating through menus.
What is the assistant?
The assistant is an AI chat integrated into your dashboard. Instead of navigating through different sections and forms, you can simply write what you need:
- • "Change the language to English" → Change the dashboard language
- • "Show my usage statistics" → It shows credit and token consumption
- • "Create an agent named Ana" → Create a new agent
- • "What is my current prompt?" → It shows you the configured prompt
How to access the assistant
You will find the assistant button in the bottom right corner of your dashboard. Click to open the chat.
Advice: The assistant remembers the context of the conversation, so you can ask follow-up questions like “now also change the time zone.

Attachments
You can attach files to the assistant chat using the clip button. The AI behaves differently depending on the type of file:
Images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP)
The AI sees and analyzes the image directly. You can send screenshots of errors, photos of products, or any image and ask it to describe or act on what it sees.
Text documents (TXT, CSV, JSON, MD, XML, etc.)
The AI reads the entire content of the file and asks you what you want to do with it. For example, it can extract data from a CSV, add the content to your prompt, or create configurations from the file.
Other formats (PDF, Word, Excel)
AI cannot read these formats directly. It will suggest alternatives such as copying the text and pasting it into the chat, converting it to plain text format, or sending screenshots of the content.
Note: The content of the file is only available in the current message. If you need the AI to act on the file (for example, to add it to your prompt), it must do so in the same response. In subsequent messages, the AI will not remember the content of the file.
Access from the Chrome extension
The AI assistant is also available directly from the Chrome extension. You can use it without leaving WhatsApp Web:
- Open the WAzion sidebar in WhatsApp Web.
- Look for the floating button in the bottom right corner of the panel.
- Click to open the assistant’s chat.
Advice: From the extension, you can manage your settings without opening the dashboard. Ideal for quick changes like adding a shortcut, modifying the prompt, or checking your credits while attending to your clients.
Security confirmations
Actions that may cause data loss require explicit confirmation before execution:
- ⚠ Remove agents
- ⚠ Modify the prompt
- ⚠ Restore default prompt
- ⚠ Regenerate plugin tokens
When the assistant asks for confirmation, you will see a button to confirm or cancel the action.
Frequently Asked Questions
What can I do with the assistant?
You can manage almost all of your account settings: change language, time zone, view statistics, manage agents, configure plugins, activate webhooks, and much more. Simply write what you need in natural language.
Are the trades executed immediately?
Simple actions (such as changing the language or viewing statistics) are executed immediately. Dangerous actions (such as deleting an agent) require confirmation before being executed.
Can I undo the changes?
Most configuration changes can be undone by changing the value back. For the prompt, a version history is saved that you can restore.
Does using the assistant consume credits?
Yes, each conversation with the assistant consumes a small amount of credits. The consumption is minimal compared to WhatsApp queries.
What types of files can I attach?
You can attach images (PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP) that the AI analyzes visually, and text documents (TXT, CSV, JSON, MD, XML, etc.) whose content the AI reads completely. PDF, Word, and Excel files cannot be read directly, but the AI suggests alternatives.
Are the files automatically uploaded to the knowledge base?
No. When you attach a file, the AI reads it and asks you what you want to do with it. Nothing is automatically uploaded to the knowledge base.
