What is the Prioritizer?
The Prioritizer is an AI-powered tool that scans all your WhatsApp conversations and ranks them by order of importance. It analyzes urgency, customer sentiment, and potential impact on your business so you always know which conversations to address first.
How to access
Click on the Prioritizer button in the WAzion floating menu on WhatsApp Web. The floating menu appears in the bottom corner of the screen when the extension is active.
How it works
Phase 1: Scanning
The Prioritizer scans all the unarchived conversations in your chat list on WhatsApp Web. It collects the recent messages from each conversation.
Phase 2: AI Analysis
The data from each conversation is sent to GPT for individual analysis. The AI evaluates urgency, identifies the category, detects the customer’s intent, and suggests a recommended action.
Results
The results are presented as cards ordered by priority. Each card includes an urgency score, the category of the conversation (sales, support, inquiry, etc.), the customer’s intent, and a suggested action.
Interactive mode
After the initial scan, you can ask follow-up questions to filter and explore the results without needing to re-scan. The AI uses the existing analysis to respond instantly.

Additional details
Results cache
The results of the analysis are kept in memory for 1 hour. If you reopen the Prioritizer within that period, you will see the previous results without the need to re-analyze, which saves time and credits.
Open conversation
Click on any result card to open that conversation directly in WhatsApp Web. This way you can move from prioritization to action in just one click.
