What is WAzion storage?

WAzion allows you to save files associated with each client in the cloud. You can upload documents, images, screenshots, and other important files.

How to check your storage

  1. Open the WAzion Dashboard
  2. In the side menu, click on “Storage
  3. You will see the used and available space

Quota and limits

The available storage space depends on your subscription:

  • Base storage is included in your account
  • You can expand the space by subscribing to a higher-tier plan from this same section
  • Screenshots count towards your quota

Common problems

I ran out of space

You can delete files you no longer need or purchase additional storage from the Dashboard. You can also check which clients have the most files saved.

I cannot upload a file

Check that the file does not exceed the allowed size limit and that you have available space. Some file formats may be restricted for security reasons.

How do I delete files?

From the Chrome extension, open the customer tab and go to the files section. There you can delete the files you no longer need.

Are the files safe?

Yes. The files are securely stored in Google Cloud Storage with encryption and access restricted to your account.

Can customers see the files?

No. The files are private and only the agents of your account can see them. Clients do not have access to the storage.
