Common problems
The time zone does not match my statistics
After changing the time zone, the new statistics will use the correct setting. Historical data retains the time zone with which it was recorded.
I can’t find my time zone
You can search by city or country in the time zone selector. If your zone does not appear, select a nearby one with the same UTC time difference.
I changed the URL but the links are still wrong
The business URL is used for newly generated links. Existing links in previous conversations are not updated automatically.

What happens if I change the language?
The Dashboard will be displayed in the new language. The AI responses will continue to use the language set in the Prompt.
Does the business URL affect the AI?
Yes. AI can use your business URL to generate links to products or pages when necessary.
