Manage your contact information and billing details in WAzion.
Contact Information
Information used for verification and important communications:
- • Full name - Your first and last name
- • Email - Email for notifications and verification. Changing the email requires verification with an OTP code.
- • Telephone - International format with country code
Billing Information
Optional information to include in your invoices:
- • Name / Company - Company name or name for the invoice
- • Tax ID - Tax identification according to your country (NIF, VAT, EIN, GST, etc.)
- • Address - Street, number, and additional information
- • City and Postal Code
- • Province / State
- • Country - Selector with all the countries of the world
All billing fields are optional.
How to access
- Open the WAzion Dashboard
- In the side menu, click on “My Account
- Select “Contact Information
What can you do?
Update contact information
Change your name, phone number, and email. The email change requires verification with an OTP code sent to the new email.
Set up billing
Add company name, Tax ID, and fiscal address for your invoices.
Common problems
How do I change my email?
When you change your email, a 5-digit verification code will be sent to the new email. Enter the code to confirm the change. The code expires in 10 minutes. Additionally, a notification is sent to the previous email for security.
The changes are not saved
Make sure to click the “Save“ button after making the changes. If the problem persists, refresh the page and try again.

Do customers see my contact information?
No. Your account details are private and are only used internally. Customers do not have access to this information.
