- In the side menu, click on “Billing
- You will see your invoice history and payment options
Common problems
I can’t find my invoice
Invoices are generated automatically after each payment. If you have just made a payment, please wait a few minutes. You can also search by date or invoice number.
My payment was declined
Check that your card has sufficient funds and is not blocked for online purchases. You can also try another payment method.
I need the billing information
The invoices include all the necessary information for your accounting. If you need additional data or an invoice with a special format, contact support.

When is my invoice generated?
Invoices are generated automatically every time you make a payment on WAzion: purchase of credits, storage subscription, or additional agent licenses.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable. Contact support to request a refund explaining your situation.
